ABOUT ME
Greetings and thanks for taking the time to find out a bit more about me. My name is Anthony Carter, MS, MBA, CPC, ACC, ELI-MP, and the founder and owner of Coach Carter LLC. I hold a Master of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration. I have demonstrated long-term success in leadership, commitment, organization, mentoring, strategic planning, and teamwork building from a variety of outstanding channels. As well as formal education, human resources, conflict resolution, operation management, and career counseling.As a result, created sound business structures and psychological awareness for clients to reach their full potential on a personal and professional level.
In addition to my formal education, I have earned an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification, demonstrating knowledge and proficiency in core energy coaching and core competencies outlined by the International Coaching Federation. Also, an Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification to coach and debrief clients with proficient training and skills when analyzing and interpreting the data from the ELI Assessment. My coaching skills are active listening, building trust, coaching, communication effectively, maintaining presence, meeting ethical guidelines, partnering with clients, powerful questioning, and setting goals.
My aim is to partner with the client to uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, optimal performance, and growth.
My background includes Real Estate Investments, Operations and HR Management, Non-for-profit Board President, Proposal Writing and Grant Management, Notary Public, Automobile Industry, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, traveling, working out, and computers.
